XTRONGHOLD® Return Policy

Effective Date: March 31, 2025

At XTRONGHOLD®, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, our return policy ensures a smooth process for returns across all regions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Customized items or final sale products are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a prepaid return label (if applicable) to assist with the return shipping.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely, include the original receipt or order confirmation, and attach the return label.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for eligibility.
  • Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.

4. Exchanges
